Fore network elements are integrated into the INMS through the SNMP agent included in the switch control software running on every Fore ATM switch. The SNMP agent enables the remote monitoring and configuration of network nodes and is configurable via Fore's ATM Management Interface (AMI). Fore's ATM Switch Network Configuration Manual contains detailed SNMP configuration instructions and is avaliable at Fore's web site.
